Lunch
chicken, avocado and sald on brown baguette
1 bowl of veggie broth
1 decaff
Mid afternoon
1 green tea
1 apple.
1 litre water
Dinner
Beef in red wine and tomatao
Large stir fry of leek, cabbage, brocolli, celery
1.5 glases of wine.
