1 bowl porridge with raisin, maple syrup and soya milk

2 glassses of fruit smoothies
1 decaff coffee
Lunch
salmon fillet with stirfried noodles and veggies
Post workout
handful of mixed nuts and 6 prunes
Mid afternoon
handful of mixed nuts

1 lire water
Dinner
Boerewors sausage
Mashed potato
Tomato and basil relish
brocolli sprouts
1 glass of wine
1/4 of a bar Green and Blacks almond and dark chocolate bar

Oats with raisins, walnuts, ground flax seeds and soya milk.
Large glass of grapefruit juice.
Midmorning
6 prunes
handfull of mixed nuts
1 litre water
Lunch
Large salad of brownrice, spinach, tomato, red pepper, sping onions and celery with a can of tuna.
1 decaff latte.
Midafternoon
1 peach
1 banana
1 litre water
Post workout
1 litre water
lucozade hydrofuel 500ml's
Dinner
Spiced minced beef with carrots onion and celery and boiled brussels sprouts
Strawberries and rasberries with greek yogurt a a teaspoon of honey
1 glass of wine.

1 expresso macchiato
Morning
Porridge with raisin, pumkin seeds, soya milk, maple syrup amd cinnamon.
1 green tea,
1 decaff coffee.
1litre water
Lamb and spinach curry
small portion of basmati rice
large portion of cauliflower.
Mid afternoon
handfull mixed nuts
6 prunes.
Post workout
500 ml chocolate milk
Dinner
Egg fried brown rice with mixed veg and chicken.
large mixed salad with wild smoked salmon.

2 slices of toast with peanut butter

Leftovers from last night, mixed greek salas, mixed mezze, taboulleh, chicken kebab and brown rice.
1 fruit and nut bar.
1 decaff latte
Midafternoon
6 walnuts
1 apple

Grilled lamb cutlets
Large stir fry of mixed green veg
smal portion of egg fried brown rice
1 glass of grapefruit juice

3 slices of cheese and tomato pizza.

mixed cheeses and pickled veggies

1 small slice of tarte citron.
