Large glass of grapefruit juice.
Midmorning
6 prunes
handfull of mixed nuts
1 litre water
Lunch
Large salad of brownrice, spinach, tomato, red pepper, sping onions and celery with a can of tuna.
1 decaff latte.
Midafternoon
1 peach
1 banana
1 litre water
Post workout
1 litre water
lucozade hydrofuel 500ml's
Dinner
Spiced minced beef with carrots onion and celery and boiled brussels sprouts
Strawberries and rasberries with greek yogurt a a teaspoon of honey
1 glass of wine.
