Breakfast
Kashi with raisin, walnuts and pumkin seeds and soya milk
4 poached eggs, 2 small sausages, 2 slices of brown toats
2 caffe lattes.

Mid morning
1 kiwi

Lunch
4 antipasti of tomato, mozzarella cheese and porcici mushrooms.
Pasta with meet ragu medium bowl.
2 grilled turkey steaks with large salad
Slice of tirmisu.
1 expresso
2 glasses of wine.

Dinner
baked salmon fillet
Very large salad
strawberries with low fat bio yogurt and some honey.
1 litre water
