Large mixed side salad with a spoon of french dressing
1 decaff coffee
midafternoon
fruit and nut bar
6 dried apricots
3 dried almonds
1 decaff coffee
1 green tea
litre of water.
Dinner
1 pint of Kronenbourg
1 small Arak
Lebanese dinner
Humous, taboulle, grilled chicken and lamb.
Lebanese flat bread.
