Morning
Porridge with raisin, pumkin seeds, soya milk, maple syrup amd cinnamon.
1 green tea,
1 decaff coffee.
1litre water
Lamb and spinach curry
small portion of basmati rice
large portion of cauliflower.
Mid afternoon
handfull mixed nuts
6 prunes.
Post workout
500 ml chocolate milk
Dinner
Egg fried brown rice with mixed veg and chicken.
large mixed salad with wild smoked salmon.
