Midmorning
Peanut Butter and toast
1 lire water
1 decaff coffee


Lunch
Pan fried trout
Fennel and orange salad
Mixed berries with yogurt.

Midafternoon
Fruit and nut bar.
Apple.
1 litre water

Dinner
2 falafel with hummous
1small Pita bread.
large potrion greek lasagne
Large greek salad
Small portion of greek beans
1 dolmades
1.5 glasses of wine
