Breakfast
Kashi with raisin, walnuts and pumkin seeds and soya milk
2 boiled eggs
1 cafe mocha

Mid Morning
2 slices of toast with peanut butter
decaff coffee.
1 litre of water.

Lunch
Slice of veggie pizza,
1 chicken salad sandwitch
1 cup of coffee.
1 litre water
