Breakfast
2 boiled eggs.

Midmorning
1 bowl porridge with raisin, maple syrup and soya milk
1 glass of water
2 glassses of fruit smoothies
1 decaff coffee

Lunch
salmon fillet with stirfried noodles and veggies

Post workout
handful of mixed nuts and 6 prunes

Mid afternoon
handful of mixed nuts
apple
1 lire water

Dinner
Boerewors sausage
Mashed potato
Tomato and basil relish
brocolli sprouts
1 glass of wine
1/4 of a bar Green and Blacks almond and dark chocolate bar
