Mid afternoon
handful of mixed nuts
apple
1 lire water
Dinner
Boerewors sausage
Mashed potato
Tomato and basil relish
brocolli sprouts
1 glass of wine
1/4 of a bar Green and Blacks almond and dark chocolate bar
